A customer recently approached us hoping to purchase a booth, but they weren’t sure if a portable booth could meet their requirements.  The Radiant PO8546B design surpassed all of their expectations. The company was a popular eye brand company who went to a lot of shows every year.  They initially rented booths when they first started going to trade shows because they weren’t sure which size booth they would need in the long term.  Their custom rentals were heavy, made of wood, and packed up in crates that had to be shipped by freight.

The company was ready to invest in a booth it could purchase and use at all of its shows for many years to come.  The problem was the company needed a booth that would fit a 10 x 10 space and a 10 x 20 space.  The company was also tired of having to depend on lots of different vendors to ensure their booth was set up on time and correctly at each show.  Once they rented the booth, they depended on the freight shipping company to get the booth there on time.  Once there, they had to wait for their crates to be transported to their booth space.  Then, they had to hire labor to set up the booth.

The company also didn’t enjoy all the extra costs that were associated with their booths’ set up and transportation.  Their freight shipping costs were always very high when shipping their custom rental.  They also noticed their drayage costs had increased significantly in the last few years.  Labor charges had also gotten more expensive.

The company wanted a light-weight, good quality, portable, and modular display they could purchase and use for a long time.[/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13849″][minti_headline type=”h2″ size=”fontsize-xs” align=”align-left”]The Design[/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The company wanted an eye-catching design that incorporated all of their must-haves into a 10 x 20 modular design.  Plenty of shelving was important so the company could showcase its products at the shows.  Counters or podiums were a must so that multiple customer service representatives could be stationed at the show to interact with customers.  For client meetings, the company needed a table that would seat at least four people…  And all of the tables, counters, and podiums needed to be portable.

Since the company was used to high-end rentals, it was important to them that the entire display look high-end.  They wanted a special feature to make the booth stand out.  They also wanted at least two monitors incorporated into the display design to elevate the booth’s aesthetic.  Plenty of storage within the booth was also important since the company had a lot of giveaways, products, and equipment they needed to store at the booth site. This award winning modular booth design checked every box. [/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13848″][minti_headline type=”h3″ size=”fontsize-l” align=”align-left”]Introducing the Radiant PO8213A 10 x 20 inline[/minti_headline][vc_column_text]Our designers came up with the award winning Radiant PO8546B 10 x 20 modular booth design.  Perfectly tailored to meet the company’s needs, the Radiant PO8546B featured two portable backlit displays that set the brand apart from their competition.  The eye-catching display featured two monitors, high-resolution graphics, and well-lit shelves to display the company’s products.  The six p95 plex shelves packed into a custom designed case that kept them secure and ensured they would arrive at every show safe and intact.  The shelves had two clamp lights directly above them to light up the products on display.  For storage, two completely closed in storage closets were built into the booth behind the backlit displays.  The storage closets provided a lot of storage space at the booth site while giving the design a more 3-dimensional appearance by causing the backlit displays to “pop out” of the wall.

The portable table was made from the booth extrusions.  Once disassembled, the table packed into a portable case.  It comfortably sat four people for meetings; and custom graphics could be printed on the table.  The booth featured an optional V counter with two shelves inside for added storage.  The V counter was large enough for more than one customer representative to be stationed there.  It was especially convenient because when the show was over, the counter converted into a case the booth could be packed into.  The podiums included in the booth design gave the booth more space for representatives to meet with customers.  The podiums also converted into cases to make the packing and transportation of the booth as easy as possible.

The entire booth was made of high-quality, durable materials so the company would be able to use it for a long time.  Designed and engineered in the US, the entire booth was tool-less and could easily be put together by company representatives–saving the company a ton in labor costs.  If the company did choose to hire labor to assemble the booth in the future, labor costs would be minimal since the booth was so simple to assemble.  Because the booth was lightweight and portable, the company could ship its booth via ground shipping instead of having to use freight shipping.  They also no longer had to pay drayage fees since company representatives could simply wheel the booth cases to their booth site without any hassle.[/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13851″][minti_headline type=”h4″ size=”fontsize-l” align=”align-left”]3 Designs in 1![/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The best part about the booth was that the entire display was modular.  With one purchase, the company had one 10 x 20 booth option and two 10 x 10 booth options with different looks.  The 10 x 20 option included the two backlit displays, the portable table, the V counter, a podium, 6 shelves for product display, two monitors, and two storage closets.  One of the 10 x 10 options included the backlit display, one storage closet, 6 shelves, one monitor, the portable table, and one podium.  The other 10 x 10 option featured one backlit display, a monitor, a storage closet, and a podium.  Depending on the type of show they were going to, they could choose the display that best suited their needs–allowing them to have a win-win-win situation with one purchase.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
