Booth Design Series: Radiant PO8456E 10 x 20

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][minti_headline size=”fontsize-xs” weight=”fontweight-300″ align=”align-left”]Today, we will be looking at the Radiant PO8456E. [/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The problem/challenges:
A client in the tech industry recently approached us about purchasing a modular inline booth.  In the past, the company usually purchased one 10 x 20 hardwall custom booth and one 10 x 10 custom hardwall booth. As the company continued to grow and expand, they knew they would need to start purchasing three booths soon.  They loved some features of their booths that made them look high end, but they were tired of having to purchase two (or three) booths when they could purchase one modular trade show booth.  Their usual trade show booths were heavy and hard to transport.  They needed to be packed into crates, and they always had to ship their booths via freight.  They wanted a booth that their team could assemble themselves.

The trade show booth design was very important to the company.  While they wanted to make their trade show experience simpler and more cost effective, they still wanted to have the “wow” factor that charmed their previous clients.  They wanted to be able to repurpose their trade show booth for multiple shows.  They also wanted it to be easy to update and change out the graphics to give their booth a whole new look as their design aesthetic changed.

Lastly, the company required a more formal meeting space to meet with its clients.  Since the meeting space was so important, they asked us to design a custom table that would be part of the modular booth.  They also wanted two monitors to demonstrate their software to clients.  They wanted the meeting table, two monitors, and two monitor mounts as well as the counter and the entire modular 10 x 20 booth to pack easily into carrying cases that could be shipped by UPS so that it could all be easily sent from show to show without hassle, drayage fees, freight expenses, or additional labor costs.[/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13809″][minti_headline type=”h2″ size=”fontsize-xs” align=”align-left”]The Design[/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The customer wanted a stand-out booth design with high end features.  They wanted the booth to feature a “fireplace,” two monitors, and a meeting space that felt warm and inviting but not too casual.  Lastly, the customer wanted a modular booth that could transform into three different booths that would fit a 10 x 20 or 10 x 10 space.  They wanted a more timeless booth they could reuse and repurpose simply by updating the graphics.[/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13808″][minti_headline type=”h3″ size=”fontsize-l” align=”align-left”]Introducing the Radiant PO8213A 10 x 20 inline[/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The Radiant PO8456E was everything our customer wanted and more.  To give the booth a high-end finish, we included canopies with recessed lighting.  We used a backlit graphic for the fireplace to include more light and breathe life into the “fireplace.”  The fireplace panel extended into the room to make it look more 3 dimensional.

To make it more timeless, we used textured graphics on the canopies, counters, and table.  That way, they could switch out the rest of their graphics and the furniture and give it a whole new look.  The booth included a counter that converted from one of the booth’s custom-made carrying cases–making everything easier to pack and transport.

The customer was especially excited that we were able to design a table for them out of the booth extrusions that they could easily pack in the booth’s case and take with them to all the shows.  Graphics could be printed on the PVC that made up the sides of the table and a variety of laminate textured looks were available for the table top itself.

Two monitors that fit easily into the booth’s cases along with the monitoring mounts allowed the company to demonstrate its technology.  Plants, a rug, and wooden furniture were selected to warm up the space.  Well-lit graphics made the booth pop.

Best of all, the company team members could easily unload the carrying cases themselves and put together the entire booth without any tools or hired labor.  Drayage was no longer necessary since their team members could wheel the cases to their location.  They also saved a lot on shipping costs since they no longer had to transport their booth via freight.  Their much lighter booth could be shipped via FedEx or UPS. This portable trade show display checked all the boxes and required no tools to assemble the whole booth.[/vc_column_text][minti_image img=”13806″][minti_headline type=”h4″ size=”fontsize-l” align=”align-left”]3 Designs in 1![/minti_headline][vc_column_text]The modular design allowed the clients to have three different options when setting up their booth.  The client could have one 10 x 20 booth with the fabric canopy with recessed led lighting, carrying case that turns into a reception counter, and custom portable table for meeting with clients.  If the client was going to a smaller show or had two shows simultaneously, the 10 x 20 booth could be split up into two smaller 10 x 10 booths.  One booth would have the sitting area for meeting with clients.  The other would have the reception counter and fireplace.  The modular booth allowed the client to repurpose and reuse the same booth for multiple shows.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
