A company in the natural foods industry came to us looking for a trade show booth. In the past, they had only purchased custom hardwall booths. However, the company grew tired of paying the added labor, drayage, and freight shipping expenses that were associated with custom hardwall booths. The company was looking for a booth design that was simpler and more cost effective.
The company needed a booth that would fit a relatively small space and yet accommodate a large crowd of people. It was looking for a 10 x 10 booth. However, the company planned to give away a large number of samples at a Natural Products Expo and needed a booth designed to efficiently move a high volume of people through its exhibit. Since the company had a lot of food samples to give away, plenty of storage was essential. Large refrigerators to hold the samples also needed to fit seamlessly into the booth.
The company was used to having a high-end custom exhibit every year. While the company was ready to switch to a portable booth, it was very important that its new exhibit still have a custom, high-end look that represented its brand. Since the company was planning on exhibiting at the Natural Products Expo West–one of the most important shows in the natural products industry, the booth needed a “wow” factor. With close to 3,000 exhibitors and almost 60,000 attendees at the 2022 Natural Products Expo West, a booth that stood out was essential.
Lastly, getting the booth to and from the trade shows needed to be convenient. The company wanted the entire booth–including the counter and storage areas–to be lightweight and portable. Its previous booths all had to be shipped via freight, and the company was tired of the extra headaches and cost associated with freight shipping. The booth also had to be easy for the company representatives to set up and break down by themselves. The company’s goal was to make the entire transportation and set up process run more smoothly. It also wanted to trim down some of the added expenses it had incurred with previous hardwall booths such as labor, drayage, and freight shipping costs.
The company requested an exhibit with a large sampling station and a spacious feel. The sampling station needed to accommodate a large flow of traffic to the booth without the booth feeling overly crowded. It was also important that traffic could move quickly through the booth as the company representatives gave out samples. Easy access to the refrigerators that held all of the product samples was essential to the sampling station. Additional storage within the booth was needed near the sampling station to hold the rest of its products.
The company asked for a prominent booth design feature that would catch the eye of show attendees and drive more traffic to the booth. The booth had a relatively small footprint, so it was important that the booth’s design elements helped it stand out. The company also wanted the trade show booth to feature lots of lighting with colorful graphics to increase the booth’s overall visibility on the trade show floor.

Our designers went above and beyond with the Radiant PO8305C 10 x 10 design. They designed a professional-looking booth that was custom-tailored to the company’s needs. The company loved their exquisite design!
To give the company plenty of storage in a 10 x 10 booth space, the designers added a large walk-in storage closet to the booth. The counter provided additional storage space for product samples. The counter was custom made and engineered around the refrigerators that were used to keep the samples cool. This allowed the company representatives to have easy access to their refrigerated samples while keeping the large refrigeration units out of sight. The laminated countertop served as a base for passing out the samples,
As requested, the designers created a lot of space in the 10 x 10 exhibit layout. The company was amazed at how large the booth felt. The design maximized space and allowed for a large flow of traffic through the exhibit. The spacious design also allowed for a storage closet and a sampling station/counter with additional storage to easily fit into the design.
The company loved how the Radiant PO8305C was very easy to use. All of the Radiant booth’s components were very durable and made in the USA. Since the entire booth was portable, the company could ship the booth via UPS or FedEx for a much cheaper price than their usual freight shipping fees. The entire display was easily packed into customized cases that were wheeled across the trade show floor–saving the company on drayage fees. Even the counter packed into its own portable case. Team representatives could put the entire booth together quickly and without hassle. No tools were needed to assemble or disassemble the booth, and no labor fees were required.
The company was especially happy with the overall appearance of the booth. The design team added a large backlit display feature which drew a lot of attention to the booth. A fabric canopy around the backlit display really made it “pop.” An additional fabric canopy with recessed lighting, brilliant dye sublimation graphics that were completely customizable, and clean lines gave the booth an elevated look.

While the company only asked for a single 10 x 10 booth, the designers came up with a design that can be modified to fit other booth sizes. This particular booth can easily be modified into a 3-in-1 modular design that includes one 10 x 20 booth that breaks down into two 10 x 10 booth designs.
