5. Your Message Should Resonate with Your Audience

Communicate a message that your target audience can relate with. It should trigger emotions and curiosity about your brand. Appealing to the emotions of your target audience is the best way to stand out from the competitions. Your messages should be brief, clear, and relevant. Be consistent with your message through all marketing materials.
