American Dental Association – SmileCon Show Booths

SmileCon will run from October 17 – 19 and the event will be held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Along with these dates, there are others that are important, as well. They include:

• November 15, 2023: Sales for general exhibitors are open.
• May 17, 2024: Final payments are due and it is the final date to cancel or reduce space.
• September 22, 2024: A description for your company is due to be added to the online exhibitor list.
• October 14 – 16, 2024: Exhibitors can move into the exhibition space.
• October 17 – 19, 2024: The exhibit hall, Dental Central, is open.
• October 19 – 21, 2024: Exhibitors can dismantle their custom trade show booths and move out.
