Introducing the Radiant PO8515A–another one of our award-winning booth designs.
We recently received a call from one of our clients in the natural products industry. The client was planning to attend two or three trade shows in the upcoming year and was trying to find the perfect booth that would meet all of its needs.
Space: The first challenge we faced was that the client had a lot of products it wanted to display at each of the trade show events. The customer wanted plenty of space to showcase the products; but it also wanted areas to pass out samples, meet with customers, and store their product samples.
Casual Setting: The company wanted its booth to feel as natural as possible. It was looking for a booth with a casual, relaxed setting that welcomed customers. It also wanted the booth to have an outdoorsy feel even though the trade shows would be held indoors.
Costs: The high costs for the setup and transportation of its trade show booth were a concern for the company. The company noticed that drayage had gone up dramatically at some of the trade show events in the last few years. Labor charges to set up and tear down the booth at each of the trade show events was also continuing to rise, and the company noticed it was paying more and more every time it shipped its booth via freight. All of the extra costs were cutting into the customer’s trade show booth budget. The company was looking for a portable booth that would reduce transportation and set up costs so it could put more of its money toward the booth itself.
Multiple shows: The company was planning to attend at least one large show and one smaller show that year. Since it was exhibiting in different sized spaces for each event, it needed a modular booth that could be used at both events.
The client was looking for a stunning custom inline design with backlit elements and a natural aesthetic that complemented its brand. The space was to feel inviting while featuring plenty of shelf space, a seating area, and stations to pass out samples. The customer also needed the booth to fit a 10 x 20 space as well as a 10 x 10 space without losing any of its charm or functionality.
Introducing the Radiant PO8515A
Our team came up with the Radiant PO8515A design that fit the client perfectly. The design featured two shelving areas for the client to display its products. Canopies with recessed lighting illuminated the shelving area and made the product display area even more striking. Each shelving area held up to four shelves so the client had plenty of space to display its product, and the client loved that the shelf heights were so easily adjustable.
The booth featured two backlit panels with colorful graphics that made the booth really stand out. To give it a more natural feel, the design team printed textured wood graphics on some of the fabric panels and incorporated greenery in others. The designers also created an intimate seating area for the client to sit and chat with customers. The casual furniture used to create the seating area gave the whole booth an outdoor feel. Two large counters with textured wood graphics served as sample stations and gave the client additional opportunities to interact with customers.
The client was especially excited that the entire booth was portable. The customer was able to assemble the booth themselves in less than two hours. Since the entire setup was toolless, there was no need to hire union workers to assemble the booth. The entire booth fit neatly into two portable cases that converted into counters for the booth which made packing up even easier and saved the customer from having to ship separate counters. Best of all, the entire assembly could be packed up and shipped via UPS so the client no longer had to ship its booth via freight.
The client loved that it had three different ways it could set up its booth. The 10 x 20 option had everything the client wanted in a booth: plenty of shelf space, two counters for sample stations, two backlit elements, colorful graphics, and outdoorsy furniture. The client was surprised that the smaller 10 x 10 options also surpassed its expectations. One 10 x 10 option allowed the customer to display just as much product on its shelves as the 10 x 20 option. Even though it had a smaller footprint, it still included up to four shelves with overhead spotlights, a backlit feature, and a counter to pass out samples. The other 10 x 10 option included a counter to meet with customers and pass out samples as well as a stunning backlit feature and brilliant well-lit graphics. Both 10 x 10 options had plenty of textured wood graphics that combined with the flooring to give the booth a casual, all-natural vibe.
